Terms for using SAFEGO.

These terms apply to authorized users of the SAFEGO school transport platform.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SAFEGO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use SAFEGO on behalf of a school, fleet operator, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Service Description

SAFEGO provides school transport visibility, communication, attendance, tracking, driver and attendant workflows, route operations, fleet management, compliance tracking, reporting, and related operational tools.

3. Authorized Users

  • Schools and school administrators
  • Parents and guardians
  • Drivers and bus attendants
  • Fleet operators and transport managers
  • Authorized operational, support, or administrative staff

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Protect login credentials and do not share accounts.
  • Use SAFEGO only for authorized school transport purposes.
  • Comply with applicable laws, school policies, and organizational rules.
  • Use student, parent, driver, and operational data responsibly.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized access or attempted access.
  • Interference with platform availability, security, or performance.
  • Data scraping, extraction, resale, or misuse.
  • Misuse of student, parent, driver, or location information.
  • Bypassing security controls or role-based access restrictions.

6. Location and Tracking Services

Location, ETA, route status, and trip information are provided for operational assistance. Accuracy may vary because of device limitations, network conditions, GPS signal quality, maps, integrations, environmental factors, and third-party services.

7. Availability and Changes

SAFEGO strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or improved over time.

8. Intellectual Property

SAFEGO software, branding, designs, workflows, content, documentation, and related materials are owned by MYSAFEGO INTELLIGENT SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

9. Operational Responsibility

SAFEGO provides information and operational tools. Schools, fleet operators, transport providers, drivers, attendants, and authorized users remain responsible for transport decisions, vehicle condition, staffing, route execution, safety procedures, and legal compliance.

10. Suspension or Termination

SAFEGO may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse or security risk is detected, or if continued access would create operational, legal, safety, or platform risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
