Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of a SAFEGO account or related personal information.
How to request deletion
Users may request account deletion through their school administrator or by contacting SAFEGO support.
Send a deletion request to support@mysafego.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number or email address
- School or organization name
- User role, such as parent, guardian, driver, attendant, or staff
- Reason for request, if you choose to provide one
Verification
SAFEGO may verify your identity or coordinate with the relevant school or organization before processing a deletion request. This helps protect student, parent, driver, and operational data from unauthorized deletion.
Records that may be retained
Certain records may be retained where required for operational, legal, safety, dispute-resolution, or transportation-record purposes.
Examples may include trip records, attendance events, RFID scan events, pickup and drop records, alert records, and records required by a school or applicable law.
Children's accounts
SAFEGO does not allow children to create accounts directly. Student information is managed by authorized schools and guardians.
